Groundtruth Data · Core

Ask a question. Get the answer and the proof.

Core answers from official records such as SEC filings, FDA drug labels and clinical trials. Every answer shows its source and comes with a receipt you can check yourself. If Core cannot prove something, it says so.

01

It stores facts, not guesses

Each fact is saved with the link to its official source and the date it was captured. Nothing is overwritten. If a figure changes, the new value is added alongside the old one.

02

It copies, it does not invent

Your question is matched to a stored record, and the answer is copied from that record by code. When there is no record, Core replies: I could not verify that from the available evidence.

03

Ask about any date

Want the figure as it was reported on a specific day? Ask “as of” that date. Restated numbers show up as later entries, and outdated ones are flagged.

04

A receipt anyone can check

Every record is sealed into a public, signed ledger. Your receipt proves the record is in it. The verifier checks this in your browser, so you do not have to trust us.

05

Measured, not claimed

We test Core on 300 questions made from recent records, plus made-up questions it should refuse. These are the results as recorded.

Early release. A receipt proves a record was captured from its source and not altered, not that the source is correct. Coverage: SEC annual financials, FDA drug labels and ClinicalTrials.gov.
