Understand how delivery works, how customer data is treated, and which assurances we do—and do not—make.

Purchases and delivery

Card details are collected by Stripe. Dataset access requires a server-verified paid session matching the product, amount, currency, and order.

Private download links expire seven days after payment. A manifest records artifact hashes so you can check file integrity.

Customer data

Customer prompts, outputs, and failure records remain private by default. We do not silently train or modify your model or publish your data as a shared dataset.

Agree on permitted data, retention, and delivery requirements before providing sensitive material for a custom pilot.

Evidence is scoped

Source references and integrity hashes support inspection. They do not establish universal factual correctness. Historical evidence should be interpreted with its source dates and grading rules.

Current limits

We do not claim a security certification or independent penetration-test completion. Expiring a download link is not deletion of all order or customer records. Enterprise SSO, managed API access, and custom retention requirements need separate review.
