What belongs in remediation data?
Start with a demonstrated weakness, a verified correction, and preserved provenance. Match the examples to the problem: retrieval, period selection, abstention, or another supported failure pattern.
How we work
Your team decides how to use the data and applies changes to its prompt, retrieval system, model, or workflow. Customer data is not silently pooled into another customer’s dataset.
Scope and limits
Remediation is scoped separately from the packaged proof evaluation. We do not automatically train your model, and producing correction data does not demonstrate improvement.
