The question we are investigating
A successful tool response does not necessarily prove that an intended state change happened. A bounded verifier can compare independently observed state with the expected transition.
Current status
Self-hosted development code and fixtures exist for supported claims and actions. They require configured sources, validation, and operator setup. These checks are not general guarantees of correctness or causality.
What you can use today
Start with Groundtruth Data or an operator-led evaluation pilot. We are focused on source-backed datasets and measured failures.
